HORRIBLE they sent me used damaged shoes

They sent me a pair of shoes that were clearly used, with a dirty sole, laces on, no paper within the shoes, and a hole in the knit.
When I tried to send them back with the label I found inside, the post office told me the label did not work. So, I wasted even more of my time, and the only solution offered by the customer service was that I had to reprint a new label (so find a place to do that also) and go again at the post office or go in person at the store in Amsterdam.
They refused to organize a pick-up of the package even after sending used shoes and a label that did not work. It could not get any worse than this. STAY AWAY!
