We always refund the amount to the original payment method. However, if your credit card has expired in the meantime and the amount has nevertheless been refunded, please contact your credit card company directly. Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to access the refunded money.
You can track the progress of your return in the tracking portal.
The amount will be refunded as soon as your return is taken care of in our warehouse. The refund is usually processed between 48h.
You probably ordered items that were part of a promotion. Please note that when returning promotional items the promotion is no longer valid and thus the amount of the refund will change accordingly.
