14.08 | Quiksilver Movie Night | Blue Tomato Shop Thun
On August 14th, the Blue Tomato Shop Thun turned into the perfect place for a summer surf evening together with Quiksilver. Friends, surf enthusiasts and the local community came together to enjoy good food, drinks, music and a lot of great vibes while celebrating the premiere of the new Quiksilver movie Young Guns. The evening brought everyone together around one thing: the love for surfing. With a relaxed atmosphere inside and outside the shop, visitors had the chance to catch up with friends, enjoy some refreshments and get inspired for their next surf adventure.
The highlight of the night was, of course, the screening of Young Guns. Featuring Griffin Colapinto, Kanoa Igarashi, Al Cleland Jr., Hughie Vaughan, Mikey Wright, Rio Waida and other Quiksilver riders, the movie delivered powerful surfing from Indonesia and captured the energy, style and progression of the next generation of surfers. Inspired by the original Young Guns from 2005, the film showed what it means to push personal limits, motivate your friends and continue progressing together. From incredible waves in Indo to Griffin's journey during his world title campaign, the movie kept everyone hyped from beginning to end.
A big thank you to everyone who joined us at the Blue Tomato Shop Thun and made the evening such a fun community event. It was great to share the stoke of surfing together, and we hope everyone left feeling inspired and ready for their next adventure in the water.

25.07. | OWALA Coffee Rave
Wow, what a vibe!
We were blown away by how many of you raved with us & OWALA at the Blue Tomato Shop Vienna Rotenturmstrasse last Saturday.
The first OWALA Coffee Rave was a huge success – with killer beats from DJane ANNA ULLRICH, great coffee from Espressomobil, refreshing mate from El Tony, and the tastiest banana bread from Bananig.
Owala – where boring ends... We couldn't have said it better ourselves. Thank you for our first joint event, and we're already looking forward to the next rave!
40 years of Skateboarding in Salzburg
HERZBLUT & SALZBURGER NOCKERLN, the first Skateboard Exhibition and Event Series in Salzburg. This event's community connected the local with the international skate scene. Over the course of three days, 19th–21st of June, the history of skating in Salzburg was celebrated.
On Saturday June 20th the event stopped at the Blue Tomato Shop in Salzburg at the Waagplatz to host a Game of Skate session. Skaters came by, got cold drinks and hot Panini.
On June 21st, international Go Skateboarding Day, the crew hit up various local spots, and our Blue Tomato shop team riders were there too, joining the action.

19.05. | OFF Stage Session X Blue Tomato
What a weekend in Cologne! The OFF Stage Session X Blue Tomato was a true pilot project, and it was a complete success. It was the first time this concert format ever took place inside a Blue Tomato shop, and that's exactly what made the night so special. Instead of standing in front of a classic stage, guests were gathered directly around the artists, and thanks to the strictly limited tickets, everyone was really up close. It felt like a small private concert. Every phone was taped over and switched to flight mode, which charged up the atmosphere in the room even more, and during the more emotional songs, more than a few people had a tear running down their cheek. With a small, mixed team of Blue Tomato employees and everyone involved in organizing the OFF Stage Session, the whole day, from setup to entry to teardown, felt to us like one big family reunion, even though it was our first time doing this. That feeling carried straight over to the crowd, too. And when Yola rocked the stage, everyone sang along so loudly that you had to wonder who was actually louder – the artist or the audience.
A format that showed us how much more our shops can become after closing time – and one we definitely have to do again...
23.04 - 09.05 | Tomato Salad Days by the Dudes
Over the course of almost three weeks we were celbrating the Blue Tomato x The Dudes collection in six different shops. From Berlin & Hamburg over Freiburg, Innsbruck and Vienna we ended the tour on the 9th of May in Linz.
The events were stacked with creative activations such as Frisbee Golf, Wheel of Misfortune, a Magic Hole Tattoo station and some classic beer pong we turned our shops into a co-exisiting world with the Dudes. We had a blast and the collection is definetely worth to check out as anyone should have a piece of this unique collaboration.
12.03. | Elooa x Oakley x Blue Tomato Freeride Gathering @ Blue Tomato Shop Innsbruck
On Thursday, March 12, 2026, the Blue Tomato Shop in Innsbruck hosted the Elooa x Oakley x Blue Tomato Freeride Gathering, bringing together the local freeride and snow community for an evening of talks, gear, and good company from 18:00 to 20:00.
The evening kicked off with an Oakley Tech Talk, where attendees got a closer look at the brand's latest eyewear innovations, including the Flow Scape goggle and Prizm lens technology, both designed to enhance visibility and performance in variable mountain conditions.
Safety took center stage with the Elooa LVS Talk, an avalanche safety briefing led by a mountain guide. The session covered an avalanche safety update for the Tirol region, giving riders practical, up-to-date knowledge ahead of the season's remaining freeride days.
Adding a personal touch to the gathering, riders Yanneck Konda and Samy Kautner were on hand to hang out, swap stories, and connect with the community in a relaxed, informal setting.
Of course, no gathering is complete without free food and drinks, which kept the energy high the whole sessions.
Overall, the event struck a great balance between technical know-how and community spirit, bringing together riders, brands, and safety experts under one roof to kick off the next chapter of freeriding in Tirol.

What a night! On the 30th of October we got the chance to host the premiere of the Burton Paved Movie in our shop Wien 1070. A massive thank you goes to the 100 of you who showed up for this amazing evening introduced by none other than Anna Gasser giving away by the side of Burton the same board she rode in the movie. We loved sharing BrewDog, Red Bull, popcorn, and ice cream with all of you. We hope you all had a good time kicking off the 2025/2026 winters season by our side!

FRESK Session
Skate and snow vibes in the heart of the city! The FRESK Session at the Blue Tomato Shop Zurich brought the heat: Skateboard and snowboard coaching on the dryslope with FRESK Freestyle Academy, Goodie4Tricks action, epic prizes at the Wheel of Fortune, ice-cold El Tony Mate drinks, and all the good vibes right at Limmatquai. SKATE.CREATE.CELEBRATE. | Arbor Streetwear Launch
The launch of the new Arbor Streetwear collection at the Blue Tomato Shop Munich was all about creativity, style, and community.
At the DIY workshop hosted by Morning Wood, guests crafted their own bottle openers from upcycled skateboard decks – and put them to use right away with a cold drink from Flötzinger Brewery. Clubsport EV delivered the perfect soundtrack for a relaxed mix of shopping and hanging out.
A true highlight of the day was the Arbor Goodies for Tricks Skate Session, hosted by Luca. The local scene showed up strong, throwing down tricks that earned them not only hype from the crowd, but also fresh Arbor decks, streetwear pieces, and a bunch of other goodies.

Element x Timber Tour
In collaboration with Chad Eaton aka Timber!, Element turned our shop into a vibrant hub of creativity, skate culture, and outdoor inspiration. The Timber! Tour wasn’t just a product drop – it was a full-on cultural experience that brought the community together.
From live art demonstrations to hands-on screen printing, guests got an up-close look at Timber!’s creative process and had the chance to craft their own custom piece. A celebration of art, connection, and skateboarding – this stop on the tour left a lasting impression.
Roxy Panel Talk – Female Empowerment in Boardsports
The Roxy Panel Talk at the Blue Tomato Shop in Munich put a spotlight on female empowerment in boardsports. Guests and speakers gathered in a relaxed setting to share stories, experiences, and challenges from their personal journeys. With comfy seating, chilled drinks, and a welcoming vibe, the evening created space for inspiration and connection.
The atmosphere felt just right – warm, engaging, and easygoing. The event was well put together and proved how powerful shared stories and community moments can be.
