Inspired by the award-winning DOA series, the Children of the Gnar features a Hybrid Camber design, perfect for freestyle riding across the mountain. It combines a camber board's pop and precision with a rocker's forgiving feel. While the Gnar is forgiving and compliant, it is not a toy. If they haven't already, this is where kids begin to outperform their parents.
The Children of the Gnar is handcrafted in Austria at the first snowboard production facility powered by 100 % clean energy.
Riding style
Designed as the freestyle snowboard for the next generation, this board allows you to enhance your skills in the park or powder and carve effectively on the piste. It comes equipped with everything you need to advance to the next level.
Shape
The true twin shape is perfectly symmetrical for a balanced ride that's equally versatile when ridden forward or switch.
Profile
The Resort V1 profile features a traditional camber between the bindings and is flat beyond the bindings, complemented by a subtle rocker in the nose and tail. This profile offers a stable ride while remaining more playful and forgiving than a classic camber profile.
Flex
The soft-medium flex allows for easy turns and provides a comfortable, playful ride on any terrain.
Construction
The FSC® certified Select 2.0 Core™ features a lightweight poplar wood core free from irregularities, providing consistent flex and strength. The Special Blend fibreglass enhances pop and responsiveness. The XXX[TRUDED]™ base is extruded under high pressure, resulting in a remarkably hard, exceptionally durable, and easy-to-maintain surface.

Snowboards are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new snowboard should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
