- Delivery on working days from Monday to Friday.
- If no one is available to accept your shipment at the delivery address, your driver will leave a door tag. Check the door tag to see if we delivered your package to a neighbouring address or for the tracking information and the date of the next delivery attempt.
- Alternatively, you could provide a signed confirmation authorising the carrier to leave your package in a safe location if you’re not available at the delivery address. Please note that in such cases, the carrier is not responsible for any loss or damage of the package(s).
NOTE:
- We understand that receiving your order promptly is important to you. To ensure the quickest delivery possible, we may ship items from your order separately. As a result, you might receive multiple deliveries, possibly through different carriers and methods, each with its own delivery time. Rest assured, we'll provide you with individual tracking information for each shipment, so you can monitor the progress of your items every step of the way.
- Some of our orders are shipped by our shops. If your items are available sooner at a shop than at our warehouse, they’ll be shipped from the shop directly.
- Please enter your phone number and email address in the checkout process, so we can notify you as soon as your parcel is on its way. It also helps us to quickly clarify any questions about your order and provide you with the best service possible.

- Alternatively, you can also provide a signed confirmation that authorizes FedEx to leave your package at a safe spot if you’re not at the delivery address. Please note, that in such cases, the courier is not liable for loss or damage of the parcel.
- Some of our orders are shipped by our shops. If your items are available sooner at a shop than at our warehouse, they’ll be shipped via standard shipping. We apologise for the inconvenience.

ENTREGA
- Entrega em dias úteis de Segunda a Sexta.
- Para uma entrega bem sucedida é necessário que forneça a morada, assim como o número de telefone, porque será acordada via telefone um período de tempo para a entrega da encomenda. Se a primeira tentativa de entrega não for bem sucedida, poderá ser agendada outra entrega ou depósito num terminal de encomendas.
