DHL Express World Flatrate
Tämä on erityinen tullimaksu tilauksille, jotka lähetetään EU:n ja Euroopan ulkopuolelle! DHL Expressin hinta, joka määräytyy paketin painon mukaan, näkyy verkkokaupan ostoskorissa. Painon lisäksi myös tilavuudella on merkitystä ilmarahdin tapauksessa. Sen takia suuret tuotteet, jotka vievät paljon tilaa, (esim. suuret matkalaukut, surffilaudat jne.) merkitään painavammaksi. Tästä syystä DHL Expressin veloitukset suurikokoisten tuotteiden yhteydessä on vaikeaa laskea etukäteen. Otathan yhteyttä asiakaspalveluumme, jos tarvitset lisätietoa.

Siinä vaiheessa kun pakettisi on siirtynyt kuljetusyhtiölle, voit seurata missä tilauksesi on menossa käyttämällä kuljetusyhtiön pakettiseurantaa ja tilauksesi seurantanumeroa:

Order Tracking
You can see the processing status of your order in your customer account or under order tracking.
Once your parcel has been handed to the delivery carrier, you can stay up-to-date with the status of your delivery by using the parcel service’s tracking tool with your order tracking number:
