Hvis du køber et gavekort online, kan du vælge om du vil have det tilsendt i posten, eller hurtigt og bekvemt som en PDF i en e-mail.
Gavekort og værdikuponer med EUR-værdier kan indløses på hele sortimentet på blue-tomato.com og i alle butikker.

Der er ikke nogen minimumsvædi du skal handle for når du betaler med et gavekort og gavekortet har ingen udløbsdato – de gælder til hele beløbet er brugt op.

REDEEM A VOUCHER

Redeem a gift card or voucher at blue-tomato.com:

• Add your products to the basket and click “to checkout”
• Log in and set your delivery address
• In the shopping cart, enter the code that you can find on your gift card or voucher into the "voucher code" box and klick “Redeem”. Please pay attention to capitalization.
• Please note: a maximum of 10 vouchers can be redeemed per order.
  You can only use one promotional or marketing voucher per order.
• Your voucher will be deducted from the billing amount. If the voucher value is lower than the billing amount, you will be asked to settle the remaining sum.
• You can redeem your credit voucher, reclamation, or return voucher online or in-store in Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Sweden, Italy, and Finland.
• For online purchases, enter the voucher code, value, and name in the “Comment” field (Step 4 of checkout). For partial payments, choose Credit Card or PayPal—once the voucher is applied, we’ll refund the corresponding amount.
• In-store, simply provide the voucher code, value, and name at the counter.
• If you have any questions or if your voucher code doesn't work, please contact our Customer Service.

Redeem a gift card or voucher in a Blue Tomato Shop:

• Pick your new goods in one of our shops
• Present your gift card or PDF voucher at the checkout desk
• The voucher will be deducted from your billing amount.

RETURNS WITH PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS/CODES & VOUCHERS

Vouchers and codes issued during a promotion are still valid if part of or an entire order is returned, as long as the conditions of the promotion are still current.

Please note: if you return a product that you bought within a sales campaign, the promotion expires and with it your claim to the free item or reduced price.
