Product description
The DC Focus supports beginners and intermediate freestyle riders to progress to the next level
The directional twin shape and the forgiving flex of the DC Focus will help you boost your abilities. With Rocker profile and 3° bevel on the edges, you will move beyond the basics quickly, without cutting an edge. All of these features make this board a top choice for beginners and intermediate riders looking to step up their skills, whether in the park or on the track.
Riding Style
This board is particularly suitable for you if you are looking for a forgiving board that will take you to the next level in no time. You can easily use it in the park and on rails, or lay down some high-speed carves on the slopes, even if you just started your snowboarding career.
Shape
This directional twin provides you with some extra float in the powder and excellent switch riding capabilities. Due to the setback of the bindings towards the tail, the nose is a little bit longer, while the shape of nose and tail is still symmetrical.
Profile
DC's rocker profile comes with a flat camber between the bindings and a rocker after the bindings towards nose and tail. This provides stability, better balance and continuous edge control. The rocker in nose and tail creates a loose feeling without cutting an edge.
Flex
The medium flex makes this board suited for everything. Not too stiff for jibs and not too soft for advanced freestyle features.
Construction
Using FSC certified wood, the Stratus Core consists of smooth flexing poplar with two stringers of beech running down the middle of the board for added strength. The True Base is a sanded base for high speeds with a durable and easy to repair construction. By shaving 3º of angle off the traditional 90º edge, an advantage is gained both for beginners who get a forgiving, catch-free ride and experts looking for a board that’s jib-ready right out of the wrapper.

Snowboards are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new snowboard should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
