The Party Wave+ comes with everything you love about the Party Wave - in a deluxe version. Higher quality materials, lighter wood core, better glassing and an ultra-fast base. The Party Wave+ is your high-end shred sled!
Riding style
The Party Wave+ is best suited as a powder board. Steep untouched lines, high speeds and elbow-deep fresh snow are its favourite elements. But this board is so good you can carve, rip sidehits and jib on the piste without any problems.
Shape
The Party Wave+ comes with Directional 3BT™, a directional shape with a slight taper and implied swallowtail. Setback provides additional pressure on the tail. The new SideKick™ tips increase edge lift at the widest points of the nose and tail for even easier turn initiation, more float and better handling in difficult terrain.
Profile
Directional 3BT™ offers a relatively narrow centrebase and a slightly more edge lift at the nose than at the tail. Thanks to the enlarged surface, you can ride the board 5-10 cm shorter than usual. The medium camber allows for a lot of edge hold and carving fun despite mega float.
Flex
The medium flex (5/10) of the Party Wave+ allows you to ride a board in deep snow that is slightly softer than most pure powder boards.
Construction
The Ultra Light Core is made of 70 % paulownia and 30 % poplar wood. This core thus offers the best ratio of stability and weight. The carbon reinforcements laid crosswise under the bindings also offer targeted power transfer from edge to edge. In addition, new carbon stringers on the SideKick™ tips provide even better pop. The Super Tubes are hollow carbon tubes that increase pop and reduce weight. The sintered Ultra Glide S base is hard and fast and remains so when well maintained.
