Product description
An ultra-light ski for your days in the backcountry
The Majesty Vanguard is your ski for Hokkaido, Alaska and St. Anton. It loves everything off-piste and offers you absolute performance there. It comes with a wide shape and a hybrid camber profile. A perfect combination of good floatation, control and a versatile feel for freeriders and backcountry. The Vanguard is at home in deep snow, whether jumping cliffs or surfing the next powder line. Freeride, deep, hard or changeable snow, with the Vanguard you are well equipped for every situation.
Riding style
A freeride ski for advanced riders. Shape, design, profile and construction have been specifically tuned to deliver the best performance in powder and on challenging slopes. Maximum buoyancy and manoeuvrability for any conditions.
Shape
This ski comes with a Directional Twin Tip shape, the nose is a few millimetres wider than the tail, with a central binding position. Thus, the ski offers you forward and switch, good riding characteristics. However, thanks to the slightly wider nose you get a little more lift in soft snow.
Profile
This ski comes with a Flat Camber under the binding and a rocker area in the nose and tail. This keeps the ski extremely manoeuvrable in powder and gives it an enormous uplift. The camber offers you good edge grip, pop and fast power transmission.
Flex
The medium-stiff flex ensures precise control and fast ski response.
- Flat Camber profile with tip and tail rocker
- Durable corundum topsheet
- Poplar and paulownia core
- Directional Twin Tip shape
- Fast IS7200 Base
- Biax/Triax glass with Kevlar fibres and Texolite panels

Subject to alterations according to the manufacturer. Image is non-binding.
Freeskis are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new skis should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
