Product description
Ultimate creativity for the park and beyond
The Punx 5 is a great ski advanced park shredders to refine tricks and technique. The Atomic Park rocker profile and medium flex make it extremely versatile, for all the features the park has to offer, from rails to kicker line. Its extra-stable full cap construction makes it almost indestructible. Thanks to the slightly more directional shape and a little more sidecut, the Punx Five is also at home outside the park.
Riding style
A park ski for advanced shredders. This ski is clearly at home in the parks, pipes and kickers. If you are drawn to the piste from time to time, it won't let you down here either.
Shape
This ski comes with a Directional Twin shape, the nose is a few millimetres wider than the tail, with a central binding position. Thus the ski offers you the same skiing characteristics forward and switch. However, thanks to the slightly wider nose you get a little more uplift in fresh snow.
Profile
Atomic's Park Rocker combines a regular tip and tail rocker with regular camber underfoot. This profile gives the ski a considerable amount of pop and control. The rocker in nose and tail makes the ski a little more forgiving, ideal for jibs, rails and boxes.
Flex
A medium flex gives you all the freedom you need in the park, while still providing enough stability for big kickers.
Construction
In full cap construction, the topsheet envelops the entire core. This is a slightly cheaper ski construction, but offers low weight and high stability. The Light Woodcore is made of poplar wood and saves weight without compromising on damping and stability. The Densolite foam core absorbs vibrations and makes the ski agile.

Freeskis are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new skis should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
