Zustellung

• Die Zustellung erfolgt an Arbeitstagen von Montag bis Freitag.
• Wenn an der angegebenen Lieferadresse niemand anzutreffen ist, hinterlässt der Postbote eine Benachrichtigung und das Paket wird bei der nächsten Paketdienstfiliale gelagert, wo es ca. 10 Tage für dich zur Abholung bereit steht.

You can collect your order in one of our shops free of charge. Simply select “Collect in store” as delivery option in the last step of the checkout process and pick your shop location. We will send you an email as soon as your goods are ready for pick up. You can easily try on the goods and return them if necessary.

DELIVERY

• Delivery on working days from Monday to Friday.
• You must enter your phone number in the checkout process. If no one is available to accept your shipment at the delivery address, your driver will leave a door tag. Check the door tag to see if we delivered your package to a neighbouring address or for the tracking information and the date of the next delivery attempt.
• Alternatively, you can also provide a signed confirmation that authorizes FedEx to leave your package at a safe spot if you’re not at the delivery address. Please note, that in such cases, the courier is not liable for loss or damage of the parcel.
• Some of our orders are shipped by our shops. If your items are available sooner at a shop than at our warehouse, they’ll be shipped via standard shipping. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Zustellung

• Die Zustellung erfolgt von Montag bis Freitag.
• Für eine erfolgreiche Zustellung ist neben der Angabe deiner Adresse auch die Telefonnummer notwendig, da telefonisch eine Zeitfenster vereinbart wird, in dem die Zustellung erfolgt. Sollte der erste Zustellversuch nicht erfolgreich sein, kann eine Abholung im zuständigen Terminal oder ein kostenpflichtiger zweiter Zustelltermin vereinbart werden.

Retourenausnahme

Wurde deine Bestellung mit DHL Freight geliefert, müssen die Kosten der Rücksendung von dir übernommen werden.
