Nitro Vertical 2024 Splitboard
A new, high-end splitboard shape from Nitro
The Nitro Vertical is lightweight and durable thanks to the exclusive Koroyd® PowerLite Core, while the sintered Speed Formula II base brings out the extra speed. The Trüe Camber offers plenty of edge width on the ascent as well as on the descent and helps to make every aspect of splitboarding a high-end experience.
Riding style
With this lightweight splitboard, nothing stands between you and the steep, pristine face. The Vertical offers top performance on the ascent as well as on the descent and is designed for experienced splitboarders who want to score that extra point in the material battle.
Shape
A directional shape is the classic, most versatile snowboard shape. Optimal to ride with a longer nose than tail. The pop is concentrated in the tail and provides plenty of float and control in all terrain and conditions.
Profile
The Trüe Camber profile consists of only a single positive camber from nose to tail. This profile offers high stability, good edge control and plenty of pop.
Flex
The hard flex (9/10) gives you the control you need in demanding terrain.
Construction
The super-light Koroyd Power Core enables faster and further ascents. At the same time, the Diamond Laminates and T7075 Aluminium Hooks provide stability. Nitro's Hike Pods provide better edge hold on the ascent. The Sintered Speed Formula ll Base is exclusive to Nitro's high-end boards. A Nanotech wax formula is infused deep into the molecular mass of the sintered lining material, making it lightning fast and extremely durable.
Once you reach the summit, you can switch from hike to ride mode very quickly. This snowboard comes with pre-drilled holes for the Nitro X Kohla skins, for even easier handling.
