The upgrade of the Burton Process

Kilroy was here - The Burton Kilroy Process is every ripper's dream and should be found everywhere. The basis of the freestyle board is the Process, but with lots of technical upgrades at a wallet-friendly price.

Riding Style
The Kilroy Process is the perfect twin freestyle machine, made for those who love to shred everything: Slopes, park and streets.

Shape
The Twin Shape of the Kilroy Process is perfectly symmetrical for a balanced ride, that's equally versatile when ridden regular or switch. Jib, spin, stomp and butter with a greater balance of freestyle mobility and cat-like stability, no matter which way you point it. Pro-Tip® is a tapered tip and tail thickness, which reduces swing weight for easier mobility.

Profile
An advocate of powerful turns and poppy precision, Camber speaks to the core values of board design. Offering a snappy suspension, camber distributes weight evenly over the entire length of the board for smooth, continuous edge control from tip to tail.

Flex
The Twin Flex is perfectly symmetrical from tip to tail, for a balanced ride that's equally versatile regular or switch.

Construction
Lightened up and loaded with pop, the FSC® Certified Super Fly II® 800G Core is a dual-species wood core that utilises dual-density vertical laminations of alternating soft and hard wood. This reduces the overall weight, without sacrificing strength or performance. Additionally, with DUALZONE® EGD®, wood grain is positioned along the toe and heel edges on two continuous zones, perpendicular to the rest of the wood core, for consistent edge-hold and added strength. With an overall easier feel, Squeezebox Low brings high-end core profiling technology to the progressing rider. Stiffer zones just outside your feet create a more direct energy transfer to the tip and tail while enabling a softer, smoother flex between the bindings. The end result is more control with less effort from the rider. The Sintered Base is durable and highly porous, delivering added durability and superior wax absorption for greater overall glide. The BIAX® Fiberglass features a jib-friendly, torsional soft flex and forgiving, park-friendly feel. Super Sap® Epoxy is a resin formulated with bio-based materials that reduces the carbon footprint by 50% over conventional all-petroleum-based epoxies. Less oil consumption means even less of a carbon footprint per board.
Stronger, faster, easier, and more adjustable - The Channel® gives you ultimate control of your stance and your board in a design compatible with all major bindings (not just Burton’s). In fact, Burton trusts it so much that all boards with The Channel are backed by a 3-year warranty. The Burton-exclusive Infinite Ride® technology allows Burton to maximise pop and strength by overbuilding the board, then putting it in a machine that breaks in the board for you. Your board will maintain its flex, pop, and feel from the first day forward, season after season.

Subject to alterations according to the manufacturer. Image is non-binding.

Snowboards are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new snowboard should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
