Product description
3D Magic and Big Mountain Stability
Speed and stability are a given in the Burton Family Tree 3D Double Dog Snowboard. It's the way the board draws you into and boosts you out of turns that inspires the ride. Slight convex shaping in the tip and tail sets the Double Dog apart from the boards you know with a subtle surfy feel. A floaty, supportive nose and bat wing tail work with the board's camber to encourage speed and dropping in on big lines with a new range of power and control. This shape is made to go bigger in big terrain.
- 3D Shaping
- Surfboard-inspired convex shaping in the tip and tail with a traditional base through the middle blend edge control and surfy freedom for a catch-free tip and tail.
- All-Mountain Versatility and Speed
- Its directional shape and camber maintain stability at speed and all-mountain versatility.
- Lightweight and Full of Energy
- The carbon-reinforced fiberglass core creates a stiff, fine-tuned flex feel that's loaded with energy.
- Freeride Focus
- Family Tree boards are designed to feed the freeride mindset, and the 3D Double Dog encourages dropping in on big lines and soft snow.
- 3-YEAR WARRANTY All 2014 and newer Burton snowboards with The Channel mounting system (such as the one you are looking at here) are backed by a three-year warranty from date of purchase.

Snowboards are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new snowboard should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
