A new world of jibbing
Bataleon wanted to give us something new and innovative for our jibbing and park riding. Well, here they are giving us the skate inspired Wallie with its crazy Wallie Tips that will open up a whole new world of creative tricks. Get crazy with it!
Riding Style
One board for everything real park rats and street kids love! The Wallie is flexible enough for smooth jibs but still strong enough for stomping the big ones. And just think of all the new trick options with the Wallie Tips.
Shape
In the park there's only one true shape and that's the true twin. The Wallie of course comes with a Twin 3BT shape with a symmetrical tip and tail. Balance and stability no matter which direction you take off or land. Don't forget the Wallie Tips for creative jibbing.
Profile
This Twin 3BT consists of a very wide centerbase and just a low sidebase uplift. This helps you keep control on presses and at high speed. The low camber is perfectly dosed for flexible rail riding and poppy enough for hitting kickers. Did we mention the short and high uplifted Wallie Tips yet?
Flex
The smooth flex is also straight park riding. Easy jibbing and jumping with a soft but steady board.
Construction
A poplar wood core is streaked along the inserts with bamboo and sandwiched with bi-axial fiberglass. This means great press and pop properties plus a quick manoeuverability. The horizontal basalt slabs beneath the bindings reinforce your pop and allow smooth presses. The extruded Super Slick X base is very durable, fast and requires almost just minimal care.
Subject to alterations according to the manufacturer. Image is non-binding.
Snowboards are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new snowboard should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
