Salomon's pow machine

If you know anything about pow, it's Annie Boulanger. And when she's in the white room with the pillow talk, it's not without reason. Wolle Nyvelt had his fingers in the game with this powder miracle and you feel that. The Pillow Talk screams for tree runs and steep faces with every inch.

Riding Style
Freeride - If you're always on the hunt for untouched pow fields and love to surf through the woods, this is your board!

Shape
What makes the Pillow Talk ride so well in Pow and hardpack, is the tapered twin shape. Stance is centred within the effective edge while the tail is pulled in slightly to help with floatation. The Quadralizer Sidecut is an explosive combination of Equalizer and Quadratic allows high speed carving as well as superior edge control in tight spots.

Profile
The Cam Out Rocker has a flat between your bindings for stability, camber near the feet for response and a rocker on the tip/tail for pressability.

Flex
Happy in the medium, perfect for shredding everything, stable enough to go fast and big, yet flexible enough to press and butter.

Construction
Every single FSC certified wood strip of the Aspen Select Core is hand selected to ensure unparalleled core quality and lightness. The BiaxGlass features a medium, minimal torsional flex, and a forgiving, park-friendly feel. Maximise the natural snap and powerful pop of wood with Popster’s shaped core profile. Feels like your skateboard kicktail finally connected with your snowboard. Ghost Basalt stringers are sewn into a Triax layer for durable pop, control and damp ride at speed, and easy manoeuvrability when you’re keeping it mellow. The Sintered Base provides a moderate balance between the speed created by a hard surface and good wax retention.

Subject to alterations according to the manufacturer. Image is non-binding.

Snowboards are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new snowboard should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
