You can choose from the following shipping options:
DHL Express World Flatrate
For orders sent to addresses outside of the EU and Europe, DHL Express costs are calculated depending on the weight of your parcel. You will see the exact shipping costs for your order in the checkout process. Please note that exact costs for bulky items (e.g. large suitcases, surfboards, etc.) can't be calculated in advance, because package dimensions also influence costs for air freight. FedEx Economy is another shipping option. The delivery takes longer (approximately 7-8 business days), but the shipping costs are lower. This is the best option for bulky items, because the costs remain the same regardless of the weight of your package.

If you have a non-EU delivery address, product prices are displayed without VAT. The delivery is carried out by DHL, who will issue you with an import customs bill when your order enters the country.
Regulations vary between countries, so we can’t give you exact information on the amount of the customs duties charged. However, DHL will take care of the import and all required paper work.
Unfortunately, we can’t assume liability for any customs duties, so please inform yourself of your country’s customs regulations.
If your package gets lost on its way to you, you are covered by DHL, who will refund you the full amount of your order.
With our Order Tracking Tool you can stay up to date with the status of your delivery. Simply enter your order number and email address.
You can also find a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or customer account under 'My Orders'. With the order number or tracking code, you can directly contact the parcel service to enquire about your delivery.
