Cruising, carving and freeriding with extra stability
The Drop Cat 38 is designed for relaxed cruising and carving sessions with maximum control. The low setup combined with a comfortable flex delivers a smooth, stable ride feel, even at slightly higher speeds.
Riding Style
A versatile freeride board for creative skaters. Ideal for relaxed cruising and precise carving, but also suitable for first experiences in downhill riding. Thanks to its length, the Drop Cat 38 is especially well-suited to riders with larger feet or anyone looking for added stability.
Shape
The directional shape, with a slightly tapered nose, provides more leverage to the front foot and allows for precise steering. The rockered profile significantly lowers the ride height, makes pushing easier, and improves control at higher speeds.
Setup
The trucks and wheels are perfectly matched to the board. Soft wheels deliver excellent grip and speed, even on rough surfaces. The deck features a proven maple wood construction. With drop-through truck mounting, the board sits lower than a top-mount setup, resulting in a lower centre of gravity and increased stability and smoothness.
