Payment options


PayPal

PayPal is a payment service that allows you to easily, quickly and securely pay online. All you need is a PayPal account. Registration is free.

Payment process

  1. Select "PayPal" as payment method in the checkout process.
  2. You will be redirected to PayPal, where you have to log into your account to confirm the purchase.
  3. There are no transaction costs.
  4. Your order will be processed immediately.

If you don't complete the payment right away, your order will be saved and you can do so later on. Simply go to "My orders" in your customer account, select the order and click "Not paid yet - pay now". We will process your order as soon as you have confirmed the payment.

You can also use PayPal when ordering on the phone or per email. Let us know on the phone or in your ordering email and will we send you a PayPal payment link. 

Credit card

With credit card you can pay quickly and 100% securely. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express, Discover, Maestro and in France also Carte Bancaire.

Whether you are already registered or not, you will be automatically redirected to the site of your bank during the payment process. To complete the order, please follow the steps indicated there.

Upon completion of some orders, a 3DS authentication will be carried out. Authentication guarantees the particularly secure processing of credit card transactions on the internet using special encryption procedures.

Klarna PayLater

In cooperation with Klarna we offer the option to pay in 30 days with Klarna PayLater.

With this method, you pay as soon as you have received your order (within 30 days of the invoice date). This allows you to conveniently try your new items at home before settling the bill. You only have to pay for the products that you actually want to keep. 

Requirements

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • Your delivery and billing address must be in Norway
  • The ordered items do not include gift vouchers
  • We can successfully complete an identity and credit check with the data you have provided

Please note that with this payment method no existing credit notes, which resulted from complaints or returns, can be used.

Payment process

Order:

  • Select „Klarna PayLater“ as payment option in the checkout process. Klarna will then verify and review your data and carry out a credit check.
  • If the verification is successful, you can complete your order.
    Please note that the verification is an automated process and Blue Tomato has no influence on the outcome. For more information on the credit check, see the Klarna terms and conditions.

Order confirmation:

  • Once we have confirmed your order, we will send you an order and shipping confirmation email as usual.
  • The shipping confirmation already contains all the information you need to settle your bill (IBAN, BIC/SWIFT, payment reference, etc.). Additionally, you will find a printed version of the invoice with all payment details in your parcel. 

Payment:

Please settle your bill directly with our partner Klarna within 30 days of the invoice date. Please contact the Klarna customer service for questions about Klarna and their payment process.

Prepayment

With this option, you can transfer the billing amount directly to our bank account. As soon as we have received your payment, we can continue processing your order. Please note that the transfer between banks can take up to 2 business days. 

Payment process

  1. Select “Prepayment” as payment method in the checkout process.
  2. Once you have completed your order, we will send you an email with all payment information and our bank details. You can also find them here.
  3. Simply transfer the billing amount to our bank account (make sure that you select “no charge to the recipient”).
  4. Indicate your name and order number as payment reference to guarantee quick processing.

Please note that payments in currencies other than the Euro can be subject to additional costs.

PayPal Express

With PayPal Express you can directly access your PayPal account and transfer all billing and delivery information to save time while ordering.

Payment process:

  1. Add your items to the shopping basket.
  2. Select "PayPal Express" as payment method in the checkout process.
  3. You will be redirected to PayPal Express, where you have to log into your account to confirm the purchase.
  4. All required billing and delivery information will be transferred automatically and filled into our order form, so you don't have to re-type your addresses.
  5. If you want your order delivered to a different address, you can change it in the last step of the checkout process on the order confirmation page.
  6. Please check all your details on the overview page before confirming your order.
  7. Your order will be processed immediately.
  8. There are no transaction costs.

 

Please note that for payments from non-euro countries, charges may occur if you transfer the amount in foreign currency. This can happen when paying by prepayment. We recommend that you always transfer money in Euro.

Blue Tomato calculates with daily updated exchange rates of the European Central Bank.
