Not satisfying

I've been waiting for almost two months now (ordered on feb 4th), the delivery company says the order was entered into their data base, but they haven't received it yet like they were supposed to ( I received an email from Blue Tomato that the order was shipped the day after ordering).
I also sent an email to Blue Tomato about it but never got a reply:/
Simultaneously I ordered another trasher item but that one came in like a week, so I don't know what the problem is.

I have been waiting for about a month now, they weren't able to deliver the package to me because it was damaged. I contacted them about it, and they told me they'd send me a new one as soon as they got the T-shirt returned. They got the T-shirt back december 21st. Yet I haven't gotten any refunds or a new shirt. ((-BAD SERVICE!-))

Unfortunately there are some problems with deliveries in this period, the parcel, as far as I am able to see, was delivered in a parcel shop and not back to us.

I asked in the warehouse, if we can speed up the process or just send you the new article without us receiving the other one back.

We will keep you informed.
