Amplifi Fuse Protektorhose

I chose this product over the other crashpants we offer due to the hardshell tailbone protection. They might not be the as comfortable to sit on for longer periods of time, but they sure protect better than only foam base solutions. I ride all mountain, but mostly backcountry if the conditions allow it. I bought the pants in size L and it's a little too big for me but I feel if I bought a size smaller it would press too much on the groin area - as these are a unisex design. I'm 183 tall and 76kg. I got pretty skinny legs and the size fits me great on the waist, and a bit loose on the thighs, which I don't really mind.

I've tested these for a few weeks now in everything from waist deep powder to icy pistes, slushy park and tree runs. I've had several slams and other than general soreness these crashpants have had my back. the materials are great and well ventilated. Groin area has no visible ventilation and things can get pretty warm in there. I like the hard shell tailbone protection and the plates on the thighs. The ventilation and fit could be improved for men around the aforementioned groin area but other than that, I have nothing to complain about.
