Germany's biggest snowboard project for young talents, the Shred Kids, has been supporting snowboarders for 10 years now. Supported by qualified coaches, the kids meet weekly to shred together on the mountain. Fun in the snow and the love of snowboarding are the main focus. In addition to the already established Shred Kids locations in Oberwiesenthal, Lenggries, Sudelfeld, Garmisch, Feldberg, Geisskopf, Nesselwang and Munich, there will be a new base in Oberammergau, Upper Bavaria. Anyone who has already gained some snowboarding experience and can ski the drag lift independently can take part.
Kids Snowboard Festival
In addition to the weekly shred sessions, there will be two snowboard festivals for beginners and advanced riders this winter. A highlight for all kids who are already snowboard fans or want to become one. On site, the kids can expect fun snowboard days together with their peers and professional snowboard instructors, goodies from Blue Tomato, a colorful social program with family BBQ, music, pro riders on site, Burton Riglet Park (also for the youngest from 2 years), great goodies from Blue Tomato and test material from K2 Snowboarding, Nitro Snowboards, Burton Snowboards and much more.
This awesome Snowboard Weekend is available for 49€ (2 days, plus 10€ rental equipment per day) Participation is only possible with registration, places are limited. Rental equipment, lift pass (Family Deals) and food are available for little money on site. We are looking forward to a weekend of board sports together with YOU!

Kids Snowboard Camps
The Shred Kids snowboard camps are open to everyone. Even if you are not yet a member of the Shred Kids, the experienced snowboard instructors are happy to welcome any snowboard enthusiast. The only requirement is to be able to ride the drag lift by yourself. This season there will be three camps for kids from five to thirteen years.

Family Weekend Westendorf
From March 16 -17 the big Shred Kids Family Weekend takes place, where kids and parents can expect a lot of snowboard fun.
The Skiwelt Westendorf awaits you on this weekend with varied slopes, perfectly shaped fun parks and touring possibilities for the parents. We have put together a package including accommodation, food and coaching, which leaves nothing to be desired for kids and parents and offers enough room for your own creativity. In addition to freestyle coaching for the kids, parents can choose between a guided splitboard tour with a mountain guide and freestyle coaching for adults. In the hotel you can enjoy dinner together in the snowboard family community, children's disco and much more.
