¿Cúal es mi talla?
Como ya sabrás por experiencias anteriores, las tallas pueden variar entre marcas y productos.
Para evitar sorpresas desagradables, aquí puedes encontrar un tutorial con las tablas de medidas y tallas correctas para todas nuestras prendas y calzado.

Por favor ten en cuenta: Las tablas de tallas mostradas aquí contienen únicamente especificaciones generales y puede que no incluyan todas las tallas disponibles. Puedes encontrar una tabla completa y precisa para cada producto en las respectivas páginas de productos.
Es mejor que te tomes medidas sólo con ropa interior y manteniéndo la cinta métrica ajustada al cuerpo. Puedes encontrar las tablas de tallas en las páginas de productos directamente haciendo click en ''tabla de tallas''.
- Altura: ponte contra el marco de la puerta sin zapatos y mide tu altura desde el punto más alto de tu cabeza hasta la planta del pie.
- Pecho: toma la medida horizontalmente en el punto más ancho del pecho.
- Cintura: pon la cinta métrica horizontalmente en el punto más delgado de la cintura.
- Cadera: pon la cinta métrica horizontalmente unos 20 cm por debajo del punto más delgado de la cintura.
- Largo de la entrepierna: ponte contra una pared o en el marco de la puerta y sujeta un libro entre tus piernas. Ahora mide la distancia entre el suelo y la parte superior del libro.
Consejo: si te gusta llevar los pantalones más bajos (debajo de las caderas), añade unos 3 cm a la cintura.
- Finding the right size is essential when buying new shoes or boots. The best way to measure your shoe size is to stand on a piece of paper and draw a line around each foot. Remember that the larger foot is the one that counts.
- Look for your foot length (heel to big toe) in the "Mondopoint (cm)" row in the size chart to see which size is the right one for you.

To find your glove size, measure the circumference of your hand around your knuckles (leaving the thumb out).

To make sure that you are fully protected, the right helmet size is especially important. If your helmet is too big, it can shift during an impact and cause bad injuries.
As a general rule of thumb:
- Your helmet should fit snugly, but still be comfortable
Helmets are available in the sizes XS, S, M, L and XL. To find your size, measure your head circumference just above the eyebrows. Note down the number (in cm) and look for the corresponding size on the size chart for the helmet you like.
Always check the size chart for every helmet on the product page, because each brand has a slightly different fit.
The perfect wetsuit fits snugly enough to keep you warm without restricting your movements. We strongly recommend taking the time to take the following measurements. They will help you to choose the right size:
- Height
- Chest circumference
- Waist circumference
- Sleeve length
- Inseam (inside leg)
- Body weight
