2x geknickte griptape und kein Geld retour

Zuerst Thrasher mob griptape bestellt: Geknickt via post von Blue Tomato erhalten. Blue tomato gibt mir ein gutschein. Also um kein geknickte griptape via Post zu erhalten wähle abholen im Basel shop. Aber auch da kommt einer der 2 Mob Griptapes geknickt an, unglaublich. Wie schwierig kann es sein? Ich frage es züruck zu schicken, aber kriege kein Geld züruck weil ich ein Gutschein benutzt habe.....Schön: also Blue tomato gibt mir ein Gutschein weil sie etwas falsch gemacht haben, aber wenn sie zum zweiten mal ein Fehler machen, kriege ich kein Geld züruck, weil ich ein Gutschein verwendet habe den sie mir gegeben haben um ihren ersten Fehler zu vertuschen.
