The Firewire Rob Machado Mash Up Volcanic surfboard is a combination of the Seaside and Spitfire. The result is a board that performs in softer and less powerful waves as well as showing what it can do in ideal conditions. It is the ultimate board for almost all waves from 1 to 5".
Volcanic Tech - Forged in Fire
Volcanic Tech is made from basalt fibres, which is derived from volcanic rock. The rock is crushed, melted and then woven into a laminate. This material is very similar to carbon, but is made from organic materials. Together with bio-resin, it gives a better environmental balance than regular materials used to make surfboards.
