A work of art with park DNA
The Prodigy 1 Matej is a limited special edition of Faction's all-rounder. For the 26/27 season, Matej Svancer designed the artwork. Underneath sits the proven construction of the Prodigy 1 from the best-selling Prodigy series, carried over unchanged. This unisex all-mountain twin tip is made for anyone who wants stability and durability in the park, loves skiing switch, and likes working on butters and new tricks. It still carves hard on the piste too.
Stable in the middle, playful at the ends
The flex is firm in front of and behind the binding for solid edge hold. It turns smooth and progressive towards the tip and tail to soak up bumps and snow debris. The elliptical sidecut lets the ski pivot and smear easily underfoot, while the tip and tail initiate turns without effort. Rocker paired with traditional camber gives you edge hold on hard snow and float in soft snow. The wood core blends pop with stiffness. The stomp pad under the binding protects the core from heavy rail impacts and damps vibration, so landings feel smoother. A cap at the tip and tail protects the fragile joint between base and topsheet from chipping.

Ski er som regel leveret klar til brug med en vokset base og slebede kanter. Men denne såkaldte fabriksklargøring er ikke særlig holdbar og dine nye ski bør vokses efter et par dage og vedligholdes på regelmæssig basis.
