Thunder Hi 149 Team Hollowlight Truck

The Team Hollowlight trucks were originally developed at the request of the Thunder Pro team. The difference to the other Thunder Trucks is the 1mm higher construction. In terms of maneuverability, stability, and, last but not least, weight, the Team Hollowlight trucks can be found in the top league of professional skateboard trucks. No wonder - Thunder builds since 1986 quality trucks for demanding skateboarders around the world.

The hollow design of the axle pin and kingpin make each truck significantly lighter than any standard truck available. This is noticeable especially at Flip Tricks because you can save a lot of energy due to the reduced weight.

The Hi construction means less wheelbites, since the distance between the wheel and the deck is subtly greater than other comparatively low truck. This allows tricks to be stomped more forgiving, and larger wheel diameters also work without problems. 

Thunder Trucks Size Chart

The width of the trucks should match the deck width. The skate truck is specified with either the hanger width or the truck width.
