Shape
True Twin - This board is built identically from the middle. With a balanced feel and equality toward switch riding, this shape helps drive the personality of the board.

Profile
The Contact Rocker features a flat rocker in the mid section of the board, and then adds rocker in front of each binding through the nose and tail. For riders who like response between their feet and have a buttery feel in the nose and tail, this profile delivers a versatile performance that is primarily playful. The flat camber provides a stable platform for turning, while the rocker adds pressability in the park and float in pow.

Flex
With a soft flex (4/10) the Royal is super playful.
 
Construction
The heart of the Royal is the TTT Core Matrix, a wood core for a lot of flex and pop. The StraightBiax laminate with 90° fibres focuses on fun and a more mellow feel. For more Ollie Pop the Royal has Glass Single Barrel Hot Rods, which run centrally under the binding towards the end of the board. The QuickRip Sidecut provides more edge response at high speeds and more manoeuvrability at low speeds. The construction is rounded off by the fast, easy-care XTRD Base.
