The Nitro Skylab TLS splitboard boot is designed to give you absolute performance not only while splitboarding but also while rocking the resort. Nitro is not only setting an example in the direction of sustainability because materials and resources are saved, but above all they are setting an example in innovation and new development. 

Outer boot
The Skylab comes with a Vibram® sole made of ECOSTEP™ for maximum traction on icy surfaces and sustainable strides. EVA midsole increases cushioning and thermal insulation The Flex Link design is a flexible panel between the upper and lower shank that provides a smooth flex without bulging the boot. The Therminator Shield between the sole and liner reflects body heat back and keeps your feet warm. The Hike and Ride function is designed for soft climbs, for maximised stride length and descents with plenty of response. 

Liner
Nitro's Cloud 8 liner combines super-light Thermacell material with comfort and fit. The exclusive Latex Memory Pads provide perfect heel support, while the Flex Toe technology ensures plenty of space at the toes. The OrthoLite® footbed wicks moisture away from the inner boot for drier feet. It contains an antimicrobial coating to combat bacteria and odours. The OrthoLite® footbed also offers excellent shock absorption and maximum comfort. The Re/Lace Liner Locker offers quick adjustment of the liner, even if the outer boot has already been laced tightly.

Lacing system ​
With the TLS Twin lacing system you can lace up your boots in record time. With the two handles you can lace up the lower and upper zone of the boot independently. Simply pull the handle upwards, snap it into place and you're done. The Bail Out System is designed to make opening the TLS system even easier. Simply pull the loop located in the middle of the lacing system forward to achieve record-breaking times when opening the lacing.

Om Nitro

Nitro blev grundlagt af to af de tunge drenge fra snowboard-miljøet, som var skuffet over udvalget af snowboardudstyr, som var tilgængeligt for dem. Fra første dag har Nitro's fokus været på intet andetend snowboarding og de er fastsatte på at fastholde det fokus. Sammen med et stjernespækket team, så er Nitro's mål at bringe mennesker sammen.
