Jamie is a no bullshit guy and demands no bullshit boards. His boards are confidence inspiring, predictable performers when it counts most… full speed, full commitment. The solid Original Power construction, C3 camber profile and Magne-Traction give the board the needed performance for huge lines, cliffs and powder booters.
This board is suited for intermediate to advanced riders who are looking for an aggressive board to bring their freestyle riding to the whole mountain.
This directional twin will provide you with some extra float in the deep fluffy stuff while still providing excellent switch riding capabilities. Due to the setback of the bindings towards the tail, the nose gets a little bit longer, while the shape of nose and tail is still symmetric. The Magne-Traction serrated edges give great edge hold all over the mountain, especially on hard pack and ice. They turn ice into powder.
The C3 profile features a mild rocker between the feet while the rest of the board is profiled like a standard camber. This profile offers an aggressive ride that provides a lot of control and response in every terrain. The mild rocker will give the board just a little bit more playfulness and float than standard camber profiles, while not compromising the positive properties of camber. Some benefits for the advanced riders are precise edge control, maximum stability for high jumps and landings and fast lines.
The Medium-stiff flex of the Phoenix provides stability at high speeds and insane amounts of control while offering you the power and flexibility you need to stomp big freestyle moves.
The original power construction OP is a very lightweight, environmentally nice and strong construction design of Lib Tech. The core consists of a strong Aspen spine with Columbian Gold on either side, giving you a strong and light core with a crisp pop. The combination of Bi-ax and Tri-ax glass with eco volcanic basalt fibers surrounds the wood core and offers a lively and poppy ride. The TnT Base features a fast and low maintenance dual layered fluoro base material. Wax it or maybe skip a day. Birch Internal Sidewalls are placed along the sidewall of your board to add board control to the sandwich construction. Stronger, more pop, and more control. The UHMW Sintered Sidewalls are a Lib Tech innovation. Twice as sintered as any other sidewall. Tough, fast, hard, waterproof, handsome and light. NO TOXIC ABS! Due to the edges, which do not go throughout at tip and tail, these areas are protected by a 'UHMW Tip/Tail impact deflection' system to avoid damage. Finally, the Eco Sub Poly Topsheet features a tough and eco-sublimated layer to complete the construction.
This board is also available in 'Medium Wide' version. These are wider than normal boards and developed especially for snowboarders with large feet (EU size 44+) to avoid too much overhang of the boots. Wider boards also give you better float in powder.
This board is also available in 'Narrow' version and is especially suited for woman and smaller boot sizes.
