The Freeride Ripper by Black Crows

The Anima by Black Crows is an absolute freeride weapon with high freestyle ambitions. It comes this season with a completely new performance to give you more fun and control on icy slopes and at slow speeds. The waist has been extended in nose and tail to give you more grip. In addition, the flex is a little stiffer, the tail slightly raised and the nose enlarged. With a better weight balance, this freeride animal gains even more performance and precision on hard snow.

Riding style
A freestyle/powder ski for advanced riders. Shape, design, profile and construction have been specially tuned to deliver the best performance in powder. Shape
With the Directional Shape the nose is slightly wider than the tail. The bindings and the sidecut are slightly offset to the back. This increases the stability at higher speeds and the uplift in powder.

Profile
This ski comes with a classic camber under the binding and a double rocker in the nose and tail areas. This gives the ski a responsive pivot point, keeps it extremely manoeuvrable in the powder and provides enormous uplift. The camber offers you good edge hold, pop and fast power transmission.

Construction
The poplar wood construction creates a reliable and responsive ski with excellent pop. It also makes the ski robust, durable and light. The semi-cap technology bonds the surface firmly to the ski. More power and less weight is generated by the Carbon Kevlar laminate. This construction keeps the swing weight low and increases the durability of the tips. The ABS sidewalls provide durability and shock absorption in any terrain and in all snow conditions.
