The watch is equipped with energy-saving Bluetooth® technology which offers power-saving data exchange at the touch of a button. The watch can be wirelessly connected to the smartphone via Bluetooth®, providing access to a wide range of useful functions.
Training Planner, Analysis and Log
With this watch you can set individual training goals for yourself. After your training session you can analyse your training status, fitness level and training load as well as regeneration times. The data can then be evaluated and stored on your smartphone via Bluetooth using the Training Log function.
