Vouchers and last-minute gifts
If you want to give a voucher as a gift and are running late or simply can't decide, we also have gift cards and gift cards and PDF vouchers ranging from € 10 to € 200. Under-the-tree guarantee
We know all too well how stressful the run-up to Christmas can be. That's why it's particularly important to us that gifts, even those ordered at the last minute, arrive under the Christmas tree in time. All products in our online shop that can be delivered before Christmas are marked accordingly. You can find all the details about shipping, delivery times and returns directly on each product page.
Please note: We make every effort to ensure punctual delivery, but please bear in mind that, especially before Christmas, there may occasionally be delays with external parcel services.

Free shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over 50 € (valid for Austria and Germany; Italy: on orders over 75 €). For customers ordering from Switzerland, we are offering free standard shipping on all orders from 1 to 17 December 2025, as well as free express shipping to Switzerland from 18 to 21 December! All details, exceptions (e.g. surfboards) and delivery countries can be found in our shipping information.
Express shipping
If you're in a real hurry, simply select the ‘Express’ shipping option. We also treat orders with "Under the Tree Guarantee" with extra high priority so that they really do end up under the Christmas tree. For orders from Switzerland, we offer free express shipping from 18 to 21 December. As you can see, we go the extra mile for your Christmas gifts!
Extended and free return policy
If your gifts didn't put a smile on your friends' faces, you can return them easily and free of charge. For orders placed in the run-up to Christmas and around Christmas (4th November 2025 to 2nd January 2026), we have extended the return period until 31st January 2026.
