It doesn't matter if you are already an advanced skateboarder or just getting started. At the Carinthian Skateboard Academy everyone is welcome and learns something new. During the summer break, from July to September, you can improve your skills on the board regularly in Villach and its surroundings. The groups consist of 10-15 participants and consist mostly of 6-16 year old skaters. There is also the possibility to book individual courses to increase the training intensity.

During the courses, the skating style of each rider is analysed in detail and the individual technique is determined. The qualified coaches and supervisors can thus respond optimally to each rider to correct and optimize mistakes.
Another focus is on a detailed materials science. Because as important as a good feeling for the board is, it is just as essential to know exactly what you are riding on and how to treat your board. The participants have to learn the correct usage of the skateboard, will practice how to fall correctly and what kind of behaviour is necessary in a skatepark.
