Vans Skate Old Skool Sapatilhas de Skate

Skateboarder for over 12 years mostly skate the bowls and the vert ramps, but never dirty to ride anything else skating is skating ! The classic old skool vans shoe is a style icon, but also such a comfy shoe while you're riding.

Classic Old skool is a super nice an comfy shoe to shred in. Only thing that is not really durable of this shoe is that the insole isn't super powerful, so that means i personally would't reckon the skate big set of stairs with it. Outside of that the stitching is staying whole for a long time and the top of your toe doesn't rip as fast as the normal old skools.


Great shoe overall ! Especially if you have a little wider feet than general. stylish and iconic can't go wrong with that !

Hey I'm Jay and I've been skating Vans for a few years now. I generally go through shoes quite quick with casual skating. I like the fit of Vans and the features that come in the skate series. These shoes fit a little wide when compared to Nikes or NBnumerics but still are a classic. Overall the look and feel great.

I used these shoes for skating here in the Netherlands and I'm generally pretty happy. I usually skate on the Kyle Walker pros and had a previous bad experience with some old schools due to their durability, but these new old school skate versions how met all my expectations. The Duracap over the toes makes sure that i can skate longer without holes in my shoes and the Comfy Cush insoles have got to be the comfiest insoles that already come with the shoes. The only cons i can see are that they're a little wide so people with narrower feet might not be so comfortable in them. Other than that, they're a solid skate shoe and it is definitely worth it to go for the added perks of the skate series than just the classic series.

La Old skool est un modèle mythique de la marque et reste une chaussure incroyable, cependant sur le terrain, elle a une très grosse faiblesse.

Lors de sessions, cette paire est très positives sur plusieurs aspects. Elle est assez confortable grâce à sa semelle, les tricks rentrent plutôt bien avec et son look simple et "paire de tous les jours" font qu'elle soit une si bonne paire. (Je trouve aussi que c'est le plus beau modèle de la marque, mais ça reste mon avis)

MAIS, elle est extrêmement fragile à mes yeux. Les matériaux sur la paire se dégradent rapidement, le tissu sur le dessus au contact du griptape s'abime très rapidement et fait qu'il peut assez facilement y avoir des trous. J'ai déjà quelques déchirures sur les côtés alors que j'ai dû l'utiliser une quinzaine de fois...

(Après, je ne sais pas si les autres partagent les mêmes soucis que moi).

Donc pour résumer, cette paire est une lame à double tranchant : D'un côté vous avez une très belle paire qui est très efficace, mais de l'autre elle est d'une fragilité où le moindre ollie raté va d'office saccager une partie de votre chaussure.
