Riding Style

Shape
A directional twin tip, the Press will ride forwards or backwards comfortably. The 85 mm waist is quick and snappy on rails yet still offer stability in landings and even a little floatation if you choose to venture into softer snow.

Profile
The ski utilises the jib rocker profile from K2, this is a low camber underfoot and gentle rocker in the tips and tails of the skis. The profile is great fro jibbing as the catch free nature of the tips and tails is great for buttering.

Flex
The park flex is symmetrical, with the same stable, predictable flex pattern in the tips and tails.

Core
K2 wraps the wood core with tis patented process where braided fiberglass strands are used. Thus the ski gets lightweight and robust. The design makes the ski forgiving and highly rigid. However, this does not reduce the dynamic and lively flex of the wood core. The Twin Tech Sidewall prevents damaged because they don’t use a traditional 90° angle between top layer and sidewall. This awesome construction offers you a long lasting ski for great and extreme fun!
