Outer Boot

The Shrinkage™ Footprint Reduction Technology reduces the boot’s overall footprint in one full size, meaning men’s size 10 fits like a size 10 but has the footprint of a typical size 9. Shorter, lighter, sleeker - never suffer from toe drag again. All Burton boot tongues feature a snow-proof internal gusset construction to completely seal the lower zone of the boot, keeping feet warm and dry. The 1:1 Medium Flex PowerUP Tongue ensures greater rebound and durability.
 EST® goes beyond bindings by optimizing the soles on select boots for a more direct connection. Lower-profile, lighter weight, and with a reduced ramp angle, the EST Midsole lowers your centre of gravity and improves feel. All without sacrificing an ounce of cushioning thanks to ultra-dampening B3 Gel inserts. B3 Gel is the ultimate dampening that’s formulated to withstand repeated impacts without breaking down or hardening up in cold temps.

Inner Boot
The heat-moldable Imprint™ 2 Liner features 3M™ Thinsulate™. With 3M™, Burton found a progressive solution through a blend of 3M™ Thinsulate™ — an insulation constructed from unique, high-loft microfibers for increased warmth with less bulk. Breathable, water-resistant and durable. This super low-profile Lock-Up Cuff carries the laces across the forefoot and ankle for ultimate heel hold with effortless entry and exit. Lacing System
The Ruler Boa® boots feature Dual Zone Boa® System and the virtually indestructible, warrantied for life performance of Burton‑exclusive New England Rope laces. Built with a redesigned inner Coiler spool to route the laces, the dial‑it‑in system retains its quick, easy, and effective lace adjustment. Natural fibre ropes equal a more natural flex and feel for greater all‑day comfort. The dual-zone set‑up quickly loosens or tightens with simple twists of the Boa® dial.
