Product description
Lots of riding fun for the smaller wallet
The Burton Kilroy Twin is inspired by Burton's all-mountain Ripper Process. The twin shape, improved construction and wallet-friendly price make the Kilroy the absolute favourite board for park riders.
Riding style
The Kilroy Twin is slightly softer than its brother, the Kilroy Directional, and is the ideal choice for advanced riders looking for a snowboard for any terrain.
Shape
The perfectly symmetrical twin shape is made for a balanced ride that's equally agile whether you're riding regular or switch. Do jibs, spins, stomps and butters with better balance through unrestricted freedom of movement and edgy stability, no matter which direction you do them. Pro-Tip, a bevelled thickness on tip and tail reduces swing weight for easier manoeuvrability.
Profile
The Camber profile is focused on powerful and precise turns. It offers flexible suspension and distributes weight evenly along the entire length of the board for consistent edge control from tip to tail.
Flex
The Twin Flex is perfectly symmetrical from tip to tail for versatility whether riding naturally or switch.
Construction
The lightweight, pop FSC™ certified Super Fly 800 g core made from two different wood species uses vertical layers of alternating softwood and hardwood to reduce overall weight without sacrificing strength or performance. In Dualzone EGD, the wood grain is positioned along the toe and heel edge on two continuous zones that run perpendicular to the rest of the core for consistent edge grip and durability. Squeezebox Low provides direct energy transfer to the tip and tail while allowing for a softer, smoother flex between bindings. The end result is more control with less effort for the rider. Biax fibreglass provides a jib-friendly, turn-elastic, soft flex and forgiving, park-friendly feel. The Super Sap® used in the construction is a bio-based resin.
The sintered base is robust and highly porous to offer get added durability and superior wax absorption for greater overall glide.
The Channel® gives you ultimate control over your stance in a design that is compatible with all popular bindings (not just Burton).

Subject to alterations according to the manufacturer. Image is non-binding.
Snowboards are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new snowboard should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
