The bag is very resistant and arrived in 4 days at my house, so I have nothing to complaint about the website, it’s trustworthy!
The only thing I would change is that it’s a bit hard to access things in the bottom of the backpack because there’re not many pockets in it. Other than that, it’s perfect for travelers!

Zeer slechte riempjes. al na 1 maand beide riempjes gescheurd. Tas verder heel stevig en is voorzichtig gebruikt (geen slijtage mogelijk binnen zo'n korte tijd). Waarschijnlijk productiefout. Valt onder garantie, maar helaas duurt de afwikkeling daarvan zo lang dat ik nu al weken zonder tas zit. De service is weinig klantgericht. Helaas.
