- Delivery on working days from Monday to Friday.
- If no one is available to accept your shipment at the delivery address, your driver will leave a door tag. Check the door tag to see if we delivered your package to a neighbouring address or for the tracking information and the date of the next delivery attempt.
- Alternatively, you can also provide a signed confirmation that authorizes FedEx to leave your package at a safe spot if you’re not at the delivery address. Please note that in such cases, the carrier is not responsible for any loss or damage of the packages.

- We understand that receiving your order promptly is important to you. To ensure the quickest delivery possible, we may ship items from your order separately. As a result, you might receive multiple deliveries, possibly through different carriers and methods, each with its own delivery time. Rest assured, we'll provide you with individual tracking information for each shipment, so you can monitor the progress of your items every step of the way.
- Some of our orders are shipped by our shops. If your items are available sooner at a shop than at our warehouse, they’ll be shipped from the shop directly.
- Please enter your phone number and email address in the checkout process, so we can notify you as soon as your parcel is on its way. It also helps us to quickly clarify any questions about your order and provide you with the best service possible.

Costs
This shipping method is always subject to a charge. The shipping costs depend on the weight of the parcel. You will see the exact costs for your order in the checkout process.

After two unsuccessful delivery attempts to your address, the courier will deposit your parcel at a nearby post office. You can collect your order within the next 7 days.

**Prices will rise with increasing weight and volume: Not only weight, but also package dimensions influence costs for airfreight. For this reason, exact express delivery costs for bulky items (e.g. large suitcases, surfboards, etc.) can’t be calculated in advance. LIVRAISON
- La livraison a lieu les jours ouvrés du lundi au vendredi.
- Pour faire en sorte que la livraison se passe au mieux, indiquez votre numéro de téléphone aux côtés de votre adresse en passant la commande. Une date et heure de livraison sera convenu suite à un appel avec le service de livraison. Si la première livraison n’aboutit pas, un pick-up sera possible à votre centre de livraison local ou une deuxième date de livraison peut être organisée à votre charge.

TENTATIVES DE LIVRAISON
- Livraison les jours ouvrables du lundi au vendredi.
- Si personne n'est disponible pour réceptionner le colis à l'adresse de livraison, le coursier déposera un avis de passage. Consultez l'avis de passage pour savoir si nous avons remis votre colis à un voisin ou si nous avons indiqué un numéro de suivi précisant la date de la prochaine tentative de livraison.
- Si vous n'êtes pas présent à l'adresse de livraison, vous pouvez également nous faire parvenir une confirmation signée autorisant FedEx à déposer votre colis en lieu sûr.
