Time to drop the anchor

Each pendant is made from driftwood which is collected on the various beaches of Bali’s east coast. Traditional Balinese woodcarvers (tukang kayu) give the anchor shape with their traditional carving knives. Sandpaper is used to smoothen the surface. Acrylic colour is applied in a next step. Once it is dry the colour is 100% waterproof. Gloss is applied in a last step to add shininess and to additionally protect the surface.
