    Product description

High-performance all-terrain board made from sustainable materials

The Highpath is new to Salomon's line and focuses on high-performance all-terrain riding with a board made from sustainable and recycled materials.
It is on the harder side and works perfectly in combination with the Rock Out Camber. C/FX Basalt Stringer and the Popster Core provide the necessary effervescence. The Tapered Directional Shape is perfect for powder runs and carving turns on the slopes. This profile lets the tail sink in and thus lifts the nose out and provides stability at high speeds.
A board for any terrain for riders looking for high performance.

    Riding style
A precise all-mountain board that delivers even in difficult conditions.
A Directional with Taper and Quadratic Sidecut ensures agile handling in any terrain.

    Shape
The tapered directional shape is perfect for all-mountain and freeriding. The nose is slightly wider than the tail for controlled turns in any terrain. The offset of the bindings in the direction of the tail (setback) makes the nose a little longer for even more uplift in powder.

    Profile
The Rock Out Camber profile is flat between the bindings for stability. The camber close to the feet increases control and a rocker on tip and tail offers a forgiving, playful feel.

    Flex
The medium-hard flex allows you to make precise turns while still ensuring a fun and comfortable ride through any terrain, but it really comes into its own on challenging lines.

    Construction
The sintered base, which is 50% recycled, is designed for super fast gliding on any snow, from fresh powder to soft melt. Salomon increases the natural snap and pop of the wood core with a specially shaped Popster core profile. The components of the Ghost Green core have been selected and developed to optimise pop and reduce weight while at the same time utilising the sustainable properties of super light paulownia wood. ABC Wrapper is a patented process in which a bamboo veneer reduces the proportion of fibreglass and synthetic resins in the board by 40%. The classic ABS sidewalls are no more and have been replaced by waterproof bamboo canes.

Snowboards are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new snowboard should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
