Product description
The twin freestyle board for park and powder
Either way ... the Lib Tech Double Dip is in a class of its own and is a freestyle board for really all conditions. With the Double Dip, you kill two birds with one stone: you get insane uplift in the pow and the feel of a longer, more stable board. But it remains extremely playful. Ideal for pushing your freestyle limits. Take your jibs, spins and butter tricks into the backcountry, and if the powder doesn't show up, it offers enough performance for the park and the slopes. As part of the ExperimMENTAL collection, it is always evolving. This redistribution of volume allows you to ride this board 2-4 cm longer than your normal board.
Riding style
A Directional Twin shape specifically for powder allows advanced riders to bring jibs, spins, and butter tricks to the backcountry. This ingenious board concept offers the buoyancy to land even difficult freestyle tricks in powder switch or forward without any problems.
Shape
The directional twin shape of this board is actually a perfectly symmetrical true twin shape, but with a slightly longer nose. This shape gives you the same riding characteristics both forward and switch, with a little more uplift in powder. The Magne-Traction® technology provides improved edge hold with serrated edges. Especially on icy slopes they unfold their full potential.
Profile
C2X means a short rocker between the bindings with slightly longer, elliptical camber outwards to the contact points at tip and tail. This provides pop and stability. Aggressive perfection in turning and jibbing, with incredible float in powder and full edge control.
Flex
A medium-stiff flex is just right if you like fast runs and stable landings. And what's more, you can still easily butter and press.
Construction
The Original Power Construction OP+ is a very lightweight, environmentally friendly and durable construction design from Lib Tech. The core made from 75 % aspen and 25 % paulownia wood is robust and provides you with a lot of pop. The Eco Sublimated Poly topsheet is sustainably produced and the UHMW sidewalls are made from recycled material. To make sure your board suffers less in the park, it is protected by the UHMW Tip/Tail Impact Deflection. The sintered base is very fast, but requires careful maintenance.

Snowboards are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new snowboard should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
