Product description
All-mountain freestyle and park performance with enhanced fun-factor
The Armada ARV 86 boosts the fun factor for park and freestyle riding all over the mountain. It comes with an ash and poplar wood core for increased pop and confidence in the park and in the backcountry. Featuring a slightly wider nose and tail and Armada's Freestyle Rocker profile, the ARV 86 is built for presses and butters, in the park and anywhere on the mountain.
Riding Style
All-mountain freestyle/park ski for intermediate to advanced level skiers. The versatile shape and profile make this ski perfect for freestyle riding in any terrain. Whether park, piste or backcountry, you can ride this ski anywhere.
Shape
This ski comes with a directional twin shape, the nose is a few millimetres wider than the tail with a central binding position. Thus, the ski offers the same riding characteristics forward and switch. However, due to the slightly wider nose, you get a bit more float in the soft snow.
Profile
This Ski comes with a classic camber under the binding and an even early-rise in nose and tail. This profile is perfect for any terrain. Precision and pop for park and groomers, good float in the powder.
Flex
The medium-stiff flex provides you with a lively ski that allows you to stay in control at all speeds and pop over everything.
Construction
The AR75 Sidewall construction features a Cap construction in the tip and tail with a sidewall underfoot. The Cap construction in the tip and tail reduces the swing weight while the sidewall makes the ski more durable. The Poplar Ash Core combines lightweight wood with a higher density, stiffer wood in a horizontal laminate to create an impossibly lively ski that has all the power needed for boosting to new elevations. The S7 Base is durable and requires low maintenance, and comes with a speed additive for quickness.

Freeskis are usually delivered ready-to-ride with a waxed base and sharpened edges. However, this so-called factory-tuning is not very durable and your new skis should be properly waxed after a few days and maintained on a regular basis.
