Delivery Attempts

There will be up to two attempts made to deliver the parcel to your address. If no one is present to receive the parcel, it will be stored in the nearest post office ready to be picked up within the next 7 workdays.

Parcel Tracking

You can track the whereabouts of your parcel at any time with tracking. You’ll receive the Track ID or parcel number and the appropriate link via email. You can also find it under “My Account” with the corresponding order.

Delivery to a Packstation

You can also have your parcel (except bulky goods such as snowboards) delivered to a DHL packing station. To do this, select "DHL Packstation" by checkbox in the "Address" step of the ordering process. If your delivery address is already preselected, click on "change". Change your delivery address or add a different delivery address, which you can also save for later orders. Now you only need to fill in the fields. Payment upon Delivery

Deutsche Post

Payment Upon Delivery Cost (including delivery costs) € 8,90


It is possible to deliver the package to a „Packstation“, or be left at a postal office, if no one is present at the given address. At a postal office, he order can also be paid by credit card.
Additional Information: The “Deutsche Post/DHL” will charge an extra € 2,- upon delivery.

Collect in store

You can collect your order, free of charges, in one of our shops by simply selecting your desired shop location in the step ‘delivery’ of the ordering process. As soon as your goods are ready for pick-up, you will be notified via e-mail. You may, of course, still try on the goods and choose not to buy them.

Delivery Attempts

Before your parcel is delivered, you will be notified by DHL via SMS or email and can adjust the delivery to your requirements online. To ensure a successful contact, please enter your mobile phone number in the order process.

If you are not present at the first delivery attempt, a second delivery attempt will be made on the next working day. If this is also unsuccessful, your parcel will be deposited at DHL for 7 working days before it is returned to us.

Packet Tracking

You can track the whereabouts of your packet at any time with packet tracking. You’ll receive your packet number and the appropriate link via email. However, you can also find it under “My orders” with the corresponding order.

*The time required by the courier to deliver your order.
The majority of our products are stored in our distribution center and are handed over to the parcel service within 24 hours.
Please note, however, that we also offer products that are stored directly with the manufacturer and require more time to be shipped. This means that despite the selection of express shipping, the order does not arrive within 1-2 business days at yours.

FedEx Freight

We deliver surf and SUP boards with a length up to 9.2 ft via FedEx Freight. Please note: For longer SUP boards please contact our customer service in order to enquire about a special consignment.
