Standard delivery

Delivery 

After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the courier will deposit your parcel at a nearby post office. You can collect your order within the next 7 days. 

Delivery to a pickup location

You can also have your order delivered to a DHL Packstation (except bulky goods like snowboards).

  • In the second step of the checkout process, fill in your billing address and select “Different delivery address”.
  • If your address is automatically preselected, click on “change” and “add new address”. You can save the new address for future orders.
  • Check the "DHL Packstation" box and fill in the remaining fields. You can find the number of your closest DHL Packstation here: DHL-Packstation-Finder

Collect in store

You can collect your order in one of our shops free of charge. Simply select “Collect in store” as delivery option in the last step of the checkout process and pick your shop location. We will send you an email as soon as your goods are ready for pick up. With this option, you can try your new products in-shop and only take home what you like.

Cash on delivery

Costs

€ 8.90 (including shipping costs)

If you select cash on delivery as payment method, you pay for your products and the shipping with the courier on delivery.

Please note that:

  • You need to pay in cash
  • The Deutsche Post/DHL charge additional € 2 on delivery

Delivery

If no one is present to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a notification. You can pick up your order at a nearby post office or parcel shop, where you can also pay by credit card.

Express delivery

Delivery 

DHL will notify you via SMS or email before delivering your parcel, so you can adjust the delivery details to your needs online. Please enter your phone number in the checkout process to make sure you don’t miss the notification.

If no one is present to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a notification and try again on the next business day. If the second attempt remains unsuccessful, your parcel will be deposited at a nearby parcel shop. You can collect your order within the next 7 business days before it is returned to us.

FedEx Freight

We deliver surf and SUP boards up to 9.2 ft via FedEx Freight.
Please note: For shipping of SUP boards please contact our Customer Service.

Delivery 

There will be one delivery attempt to your address. If no one is present to accept the delivery, FedEx will store your package and get in touch with you.

 

Order Tracking

With our Order Tracking Tool  you can stay up to date with the status of your delivery. Simply enter your order number and email address.
You can also find a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or customer account under 'My Orders'. With the order number or tracking code, you can directly contact the parcel service to enquire about your delivery.
