Shipping options and costs

We will do our best to deliver your products quickly and safely. Because of coronavirus restrictions, there may be occasional delays due to border controls. You can check the delivery times shown on the product detail page, in the shopping cart or in your order confirmation. If there are any further restrictions, we will let you know here or on our information page about Covid-19.

You can choose from the following shipping options:

Standard delivery

DHL / Deutsche Post

  • Delivery on working days from Monday to Friday.
  • There will be up to 2 delivery attempts. Should this also be unsuccessful, your parcel will be deposited at the nearest post office. Where it is ready for pick up for about 7 days.


  • Delivery on working days from Monday to Friday.
  • If nobody is present at the given address during delivery time, the deliverer will leave a notification and your parcel will be stored at the nearest parcel shop branch, where it will be available for pick up for about 10 days.

Delivery to a pickup location

You can also have your order delivered to a DHL Packstation (except bulky goods like snowboards).

  • In the second step of the checkout process, fill in your billing address and select “Different delivery address”.
  • If your address is automatically preselected, click on “change” and “add new address”. You can save the new address for future orders.
  • Check the "DHL Packstation" box and fill in the remaining fields. You can find the number of your closest DHL Packstation here: DHL-Packstation-Finder

Collect in store

You can collect your order in one of our shops free of charge. Simply select “Collect in store” as delivery option in the last step of the checkout process and pick your shop location. We will send you an email as soon as your goods are ready for pick up. With this option, you can try your new products in-shop and only take home what you like.

Cash on delivery


€ 8.90 (including shipping costs)

If you select cash on delivery as payment method, you pay for your products and the shipping with the courier on delivery.

Please note that:

  • You need to pay in cash
  • The Deutsche Post/DHL charge additional € 2 on delivery


If no one is present to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a notification. You can pick up your order at a nearby post office or parcel shop, where you can also pay by credit card.

Express delivery


€ 12.90


1-2 business days


DHL will notify you via SMS or email before delivering your parcel, so you can adjust the delivery details to your needs online. Please enter your phone number in the checkout process to make sure you don't miss the notification.
If no one is present to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a notification and try a second delivery attempt on the next business day. If the second attempt remains unsuccessful, your parcel will be deposited at a nearby parcel shop. You can collect your order within the next 7 business days before it is returned to us.

Surfboards & Stand Up Paddle Boards

The delivery of surfboards shorter than 6‘1 is charged with the standard delivery price within the EU.
Express delivery unfortunately is not possible.

We deliver surfboards and SUP boards from a length of 6'1 via DHL Freight.

Transit time*

  • Delivery takes place on working days from Monday to Friday.
  • For a successful delivery it is necessary to give next to your address also the telephone number in the order process as a time window is agreed by telephone in which the delivery will take place. If the first delivery attempt is not successful, a pick-up at the responsible terminal or a second fee-based delivery date can be arranged.

Exception for the return

If your order was shipped with DHL Freight, you will have to cover the costs of the return shipment.


Order Tracking

You can see the processing status of your order in your customer account or under order tracking.

Once your parcel has been handed to the delivery carrier, you can stay up-to-date with the status of your delivery by using the parcel service’s tracking tool with your order tracking number:
