I chose this shoe because of the looks and for the reason that the outsole feels more firm than in some other Vans shoes. I mainly wanted a daily walking shoe, that also skates well. My foot is 26,8 cm and the size 42 was perfect. I have a rather wide feet, so I chose this over Nike Janoskis.

This shoe is very good looking. I liked that it has some impact protection because of the pop cush insoles, which I have also in my snowboarding boots. Especially for walking it makes a big difference compared to Vans Classics. This shoe will rip from me doing heelflips because of the canvas, so I will use this shoe for more casual skating. For most of the people however, it is pretty perfectly designed, a full toe cap without anything to rip and a fat vulcanized outsole to wear down. Perfect for a skater who wants boardfeel.

I wanted a foot shaped skate shoe, something pretty and slim like Nike Janoski but found this more of a perfect fit. A classic!
