Two front pockets and one smaller chest pocket are placed so that they can help themselves optimally, even with wearing a backpack.
The special processing of the famous Swisswool allows providing a thinner, lighter and more absorbing friendly variant. Perfectly adapts to the needs of ski and snowboarder tourers, the jacket provides less weight, less packing size but more performance.
Ortovox came to life when Gerald Kampel and Jürgen Wegner developed the first double frequency transceiver to aid in avalanche victim searches. They have since grown into one of the biggest producers of avalanche safety gear on the market. In 1995 they added merino underwear to their selection, and we have been hooked ever since!
