Riding Style
An easy to ride, forgiving all-mountain board for beginners and intermediate riders. You can shred it all over the mountain. On groomers, in powder or for learning your first tricks in the park, everything is possible.
Shape
The nose of the Directional Shape is slightly longer than the tail. The inserts and the sidecut are slightly set back towards the tail. This increases stability at higher speeds and the float in powder.
Profile
The Flat-Out Rocker profile comes with a flat camber between the bindings and an even rocker in nose and tail. The board turns very easily but remains stable at higher speeds. Catching an edge is nearly impossible.
Flex
The medium flex (5/10) fits perfectly to the all-mountain design of this board. Stiff enough for powerful turns, soft enough for a playful ride.
Construction
The Powercore is a poplar wood core, providing lightweight strength and the perfect blend of flex and response. Bi-Lite Laminates are engineered for unrivalled strength, powerful style and refined board-feel. Fast, durable and low maintenance - the Premium Extruded FH Base takes the abuse of rail and park riding like no other.

Nitro was founded by two heavy duty snowboarders, who were disappointed by the selection of snowboard gear available to them.
